Min became a member of the team at E.Y.E Marine in 2013 as a junior naval architect. During this period, she applied her knowledge and skills of naval engineering to drafting, structural analysis and stability calculations and gained invaluable experience.

Min came to Canada in 2007, and then did her graduate studies in Memorial University of Newfoundland. She got her Master Degree in Naval Engineering in 2012. Her Master thesis is focused on solving the slamming problem with CFD method. Before coming to Canada, Min obtained her Bachelor Degree and another Master Degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in China.
