The Abnaki II ferry which provides service to Deer Island in New Brunswick entered service in late 2016 with Coastal Transport Limitied. The ferry is designed by E.Y.E. for the New Brunswick Department of Transport and was built by CFM in Saint John under the supervision of E.Y.E. on behalf of the province.
The ferry has meet the operational requirements of the intricate crossing and has provided reliable service to the residents and visitors of Deer Island since it entered service.
